A “heritage cuisine” where the seafood is cooked in a traditional way using Bamboo stem. In the era of Royal Balinese family, Timbungan is a cooking process used to cook duck meat that will be presented during religious ceremony. Our twist on this cuisine is using seafood that is perfectly seasoned with Balinese mix spices that is known as Basa Genep where galangal, turmeric and lemongrass are the stars that create depth of flavor.
